Set up a uniquarium 2 weeks ago.
Added marinepure blocks on the bottom then topped with bioballs topped with used marinepure spheres to seed the tank.
Added a few plecos.
Saw a small Nitrite reading the other day so been doing water changes the last few days.
Today the tank has alot of foamy water in the filter.
Today i started dosing with seachem stability and pristine.
My question is should I keep doing water changes because of the foam or stop the water changes and seed the media better? Should I add aquarium salt or anything to help this situation ?

When I set up my fluval 13.5 the top was covered in foam. Just remove as much of it as you can, it eventually goes away after about a week or two.

Since your tank has not completed cycling, the foam is probably proteins and and other material that are not being neutralized, because there are not enough beneficial bacteria colonies to handle the nutrient load as yet.
Most undesirable stuff collects on the water surface unseen (unless it petroleum type oil on water in a puddle) so a good way to deal with it, while waiting for the tank to complete its cycle, is by doing small daily water changes, and removing water from the surface of the tank.
A normal amount of time for a tank to cycle is 6 to 8 weeks, because it takes that long for those bacteria to build up.

Thanks for your message bro! I really thought that bringing my seeded media to the sump would do the trick but in this tank it didn't. I'll stay the course and hope for the best at this point. Looks like everything is back to normal. I'll keep checking for potential spikes.
