or go to "Go Advance" then go to manage attachments on the bottom then browse...

the image has to be hosted somewhere... not just on your computer

take your pick <-- click that

When you are posting or making a thread there is a manage attachments tab where yo can upload pics or files from your computer.

You can also host them on a photo site like photobucket where you also upload them, then they have an image code bar. Click it, it says copy go back to the thread them right click "paste" where the code should appear and will be a pic when you submit the thread.
