been filtering a 130 for about a week or so. put bio in 2 of the four filters from my most established tank and 10gal of water from it. running 180gal wirth of filters. have had gold fish in it for the whole time to help it go faster. my water testes at nitrate 30, nitrite 0.25,ammonia none really but can see very faint yellow, very faint. ph 7.6.
