new tank with fluval 405 questions

Hi I am setting up a tank made by glasscages.com and it has a very wide lip around the top, the standard clips that hold the hoses wont come close to fitting over the lip any one have any ideas?

i have a tank with a metal frame around the top that someone fabricated instead of repairing the center brace. for the fluvals (i have lots of spare parts), i cut the brackets so that the straight part is on the back and there is just alittle extra hose going across the top. and then the curvy part is on the inside. i used extra rubber bands (the small gum bands that they use for the plastic bags at the LFS) to hold it together because the clips need a little help when they don't have each other to rely on.

actually suction cups are pretty easy to come by.. they sell them at every LFS in packs of 1-6.. depending on what you need. and if you buy any fluval filter, they always give you extras in the box (brand new, of course).
