New tank

So i got this used tank with sand in it and noticed snails started dosing with malicla green to kill them and now i notice these tiny bugs on the glass and in the sand what are they and how can i get rid of them water is all fine tank is about 3 days old

Ostracods or amphipods maybe? Stop dosing the tank with chemicals and get some loaches :)
