new tankmates

Be careful- plecos are known to suck the slime coat right off of rays, or even leave sizable holes in their discs.

Very nice ray, from what I saw. More pics of the rays! :)

I agree. I had a Pleco kill one of my Leos quite some time ago. I came home from work and the Leo was almost white. He was perfectly fine in the morning when I left. They have been tank mates for about two years. It only took that one time. The Pleco was relentless. I tried to remove the ray and the pleco would come back for more. You're taking a huge risk with such an expensive beautiful ray.

Sorry, don't mean to derail. Just looking out. Your new bass are amazing. They make great tank mates.

Nice and fat ocell. Nice pick up. Full tank shot?

Hi,

I know about the risk with plecos, but Scobiancistrus are quite friendly an many keepers have them together with stingrays. ;)

The Cichlas will get a diet! :D

This is the tank. I'll make one with the Cichlas in it later.

Absolutely amazing.
