I unfortunately never got to breed my tarantulas; something went through my invertebrate collection recently and killed everything but the dubia roach colony.
You'll want to introduce the male to the female once he's made a sperm web & filled his "boxing gloves" with it. He should slowly approach her & mate with her; this process can be very quick or can take hours. Keep an eye on them to make sure that they don't kill/eat each other, and remove the male once he's done. The female will produce an egg sac at least a month later, but she might take a few months to do so. You can leave the egg sac with her if you want, but you want to separate her from it once it hatches a few weeks/months later. I would just put all the nymphs in one container & feed them selectively in order to let them cull themselves; they should take fruit flies at that size.
That's just a quick summary; most of it is based on talking to a few breeders, so it may or may not be the same as what other people will tell you since some people doing things differently & still get success.
