New Thin bar Dat, diet help.

As title says really, just got a 3-4" Thin Bar and he is currently in a community 6x2x2 with an Freshwater archer, Banded Knife and 5 Elephant noses, and Golden Tinfoils. Currently feeding once a day with bloodworms, or chopped Prawns, Mussels and Squid. Should I up this to twice or three times a day?

I am hoping to get a good collection of Dats, possibly one of each and upgrade the tank to much bigger.

I have the same problem with my 3 inch NTT. Do you think I will beable to get him on sinking carnivore? He eats MP right now.

Thanks, I will be honest, I only read about massivore after I bought this guy, is it readily available in shops or shall I order it delivery, cant say I've ever noticed it n shops by me.

How I got my ntt on massivore pellets...

Crush the pellets and put the fine peices in and around the shrimp/prawn! Over time they will get used to the taste of the pellets! Dont feed them for a few days! Then give them some pellets! Its helps to pre soak the pellets!

yea my little NTT is on massivore pellets but is very shy.. normally snatch pieces of massivore n go back to its hiding place until all the pellets are gone.. i've never seen him eat the shrimp i also drop in there though.. oh yea and soaking the pellets help cos the the pellets are hard when u just drop em in..

thats just my experience =)
