i need some extra filtration for some of my tanks first i need a canister filter for my 55 gallon cichlid tank so im woundering what should i buy and what to use to filter it so if there is an easy to use one that would be awsome i just see all the media to put in those filters and have no idea what to buy and how much also i think i want to set up a wet dry filter for a 100-120 gallon tank and was woudering how to set it up or make one oh and for the 55 gallon im trying to spend under $100 if possible and for the wet dry i can spend around $200

Start here for the wet dry. That will help you with getting all the information you need for the basics of a wet/dry filter. For the canister filter, I recommend that you get an Eheim 2217. These will come with the required media if you get them on www.drsfosterandsmith.com. They will be more than enough for a 55, and will last you forever.
