New to Flowerhorn world just got mine!

So I was at a local fish store today and I wanted to get a flowerhorn.
After looking and looking I found the one that look the best to me.

He/she is about 3 inches right now what do I have to do to make its color grow out more and have a KOK?

It's also living with other fishes as well, I have 2 Jacks, 2 Firemouth, 1 GT and a couple of plecos. They're all about the same size except for the 2 JD they're about 5 inches.

Looks like a Red Dragon, hopefully it will color up when it's more comfortable in it's new home, but might be hard since you have it in there with other established fishes....if you see the other fishes pick on it, you might want to move it to it's own tank....
 
you FH juvies have grown up and they need their own tanks
even proven pairs can't be kept always together and have to be separated quite often
