New to forum :)

Hey guys.
I'm new here so I thought Id introduce myself.
I'm Mike, I live in Daytona Beach, Originally from Fontana So. Cal.
Stumbled across this forum while looking for tank mates for my catfish.
I'm pretty new to the fish hobby as well.
I have a 55 gallon tank that houses a 17 inch Blue Channel Cat, named Flippy the destroyer.
Given the name when he found out he was big enough to eat anything he chose to.
Thus far, 3 African Chiclids, about 200 tadpoles, 1 rubber pleco, 1 pimodella pictus cat, 3 cory cats and 1 Koi.
Hence the name....
I have him now on a diet of Crawfish and I handfeed him chicken livers, with the occasional feeding of sinking alge wafers for the fiber, lol.

I know this is a small example...
I wish I had the epic battle of the brown Koi on tape. It was phenominal.

welcome, but that tank is really small for a fish of that size. is your water still clear?? what kind of filter you got on that thing??
is it one of them walmart 55Gs kits??

Yeah, water is crystal clear.
I don't know the proper term for a sump filter, but its meant for a 150 gallon tank. I also have an 9 watt UV filter with 150 gph power head attached.
