I just got a clown knifefish and over night he got picked on in my 50g so we moved him into a 5g to let him heal. Is there any way i can get him to heal quicker so i can get him into my 50g again? ANY info would help. In advance THANKS!!!!!:):D

Just give it time. Melafix works well, but I'd just use half the dosage when it comes to small fish. What's your stock in the 50g?

get rid of the cichlids, dont post as many threads just one long one, and get like eels or something like that.... and raise the temp

Those are some pretty aggressive Cichlids. Knives aren't that aggressive and do better with more passive fish. It can probably hold it's own once it gets large enough, but you'll end up with a badly scarred CK.

I've had a CK and a RCK (not at the same time) in a tank with an Oscar, JD, Jag, and a couple of Catfish. Both were pretty scarred up by the end. The RCK died while I was away on an internship and the CK died during a tank move. Cichlids and Knives vary greatly in personality. There are those that have Cichlids with other fish with no aggression and some have Knives that will not tolerate it's own owner. Putting Knives and Cichlids together is usually a trail and error thing.
