New To MFK & Aquariums

I've been doing this hobby for roughly four months now. I have a 80 gallon tank with 6 4" Piranhas (Red Bellies) and I'm planning to expand to a 130 gallon when I have enough money. Here are some pictures of my aquarium! Any suggestions with decorations will be appreciated (I'm planning to remove the big stump in the middle and replace it with huge pieces of driftwood + java moss)

I picked up the Amazon swords at Big Al's, they looked great in the store, but when I brought it home they were all yellowish in my aquarium. I'm new to aquatic plants, any input would be greatly appreciated!

I do have a question -

I'm new to aquatic plants, and I bought a some a couple of days ago. I bought Flourish Excel (co2 alternative) and Kent Zoe (multi vitamin + amino acid blend) for my live plants. Are there any other supplements I need to purchase to have healthy growing plants? (iron, potassium, calcium).

I do a weekly 25% water change and replace it with RO water, would I have to mix some tap water in it, or should I keep it completely distil.
