I recieve alot of good thread references from here so thought I'd join up. I got serious in this awhile back when my fiance mentioned me getting a hobbie that didn't keep me away from the fam so much since I work a good bit...so I mentioned an aquarium. I think she had a 20g goldfish type situation in mind, I went the 55g with an oscar route. It all went haywire from there as you can read by my tank setups. I've kept largemouth bass, piranha, and mainly oscars when I was younger. My favorite fish (& only fish I really keep) are sa/ca cichlids. I especially love dovii, red tiger motas, jags, or about anything with a nasty temp and teeth.
Hopefully I can contribute to the knowledge and learn a few things to. Just thought I drop by here and say hey first.
