Hello everyone, I found out about thios website by chance. There was a crew from Window World working at our home when one of the crew noticed our tanks,and we started talking abit about tanks & ponds, unfortunatly i did not get his name, ide like to thank him. we currently have a 33gal (empty) and a 55gal community tank. In it there is a Gourami, several species of med & small bodied tetra, several fancy guppy of various colors, and 2 small Koi. The Koi are what i like the most and would love info about outdoor ponds. the koi we have are domestic, they were about 3$each as opposed to 25$ for japanese koi of the same size. one closly resembles a japanese Platinum Ogon, (very shiny off white) the other a Kinki Utsuri (bright orange with some black). We have no chance of a pond were we currently live, very small back yard just over 1500 sq ft and 2 large dogs. We are in the process of romodling another house with nearly 9000 sq ft of useable back yard. So anything is possible there with plenty of room for our dogs and a nice pond.
