G'day everyone, I joined a couple of days ago but have been so busy reading some of the awe inspiring posts, diy builds and tank setups. I haven't got around to stop and inroduce myself.
My names Dez, I live in South Australia and have kept fish for over 15 years. Ranging from salt water, Oscars and African Cichlids. I'm currently running 1 200gal African Cichlid tank, with intentions to setup another 200gal American Cichlid tank.
This website has inspired me alot and I cant get enough of reading about everyones fish stories. The amount of knowledge here is daunting, I feel like I have learnt more on fish keeping in the last few days than the last 15 years.
Its now just a matter of time untill a 500gal is sitting in the lounge with some true monsters.

Very much the same way you just posted that reply. Only you have to be in the forum index. eg. click on the forum you want to start a thread in, on top of the list it says new thread, click that and youre away.
 
YES prices do suck over here, but I have only just found this out after reading through the classified on this site :irked:
For a 6" Clown loach I'm lookin at about US$ 150 each, and I wanted at least five, oh well guess I'm just gonna have to buy them small and wait a few years.
 
Not sure mate, maybe you have to have 5 posts up first, then youre a full member. I dont know though I too am very much a newbie
