New to MFK

Hi,
I am new to this site. I currently have two 55's and a 75 which has a turtle in it. One of my 55's is a community tank and the other has a JD and a couple of other cichlids in it.
Hope to be able to post pics soon.

Also would like to give you a suggestion, you should put a couple bigger plants in the left and right back corner of your tank in the 2nd pic. It would also look much nicer with some pieces of driftwood or a bit more rocks...trust me it will look so much better! But looks nice...just kinda plain in my eye

I also like the gravel you used for the tank in the 2nd pic...it is a more neutral color and doesn't attract as much attention as the gravel in your other 55. But that is just my opinion!

The first tank is my community tank. The second one is not complete yet. I have cichlids in that tank and plan on getting more things to put in it. The gravel is actually white. I plan on mixing it with another sort of neutral color so its not so bright. The tamk has a black painted back ground on it also. Thank you for the suggestions

Thank you. It is really bright with the light that is on top in person. I would like to get a regular top and lights for it. Right now it has a Actinic light that I got with my 75 that my turtle is in.
