hey all, just wanted to say hi. i found this site on youtube while watching videos of african tiger fish feeding. my LFS has on occasion aquired some pretty neat fish which is pretty cool since i live in rural alberta. he had a payara come in and shortly before that he got a small tigerfish i believe it to be a hydrocynus vittatus. i am a fan of the show river monsters and once he told me about the tigerfish i had to watch him feed it. after watching the feeding frenzy i knew i had to havve it. that was about three months ago and i have recently won over the wife to allow me to get it. so i am moving into the predator fish scene and am stoked to have something fairly unique.

yes i have five tanks currently, the tiger will be going into a 45g bow for now, its only 4 inches currently. in the next little while i am going ot be getting a big tank around 300 gallons.
