new to pbass

hey everyone
jus got two new fish and was told they were pbass
can anyone help me id them as to wat kind they are
here are a couple of pics of um

Monoculus and they eat feeders all day long but you'll want to convert them to prepared foods asap.There is a sticky at the top of the forum on how to. Nice pick up

Mono! Nice looking ones too! Try nightcrawlers and fish chunks!

mono....i would feed them feeders till they are about 5-6" then convert them to prepared foods (see sticky), such as FD krill or market shrimp. also keep your temps hight, 82-84 is good.

kool thnx hes about 2-3" right now
since i got him hes been eatin market shrimp frozen bloodworms beefheart and a daily staple of hikari food sticks cichlid gold and cichlid staple mix
havent tried live feeders yet should i give um a few?
and could i get some other tips on wat to feed and more info on the species

if he is already taking prepared foods keep him on those. you can give him a few feeders every now and then as a treat

If you get him on live then youre going to have to get him back on to prepared foods...he'll want live for a couple days and may not eat anything...not a big deal, but I would just keep him on the prepared foods....give a variety though.
