Ok so I just recently got plants an planted them today. So my question is when do you start using fertilizer? I have no fish yet plan to do angels an Rams an maybe Rainbows.

I'm fairly new myself to plants but do know that plants need food either nutrients from the fish or liquid or root tabs like Seachem flourish tabs. I would get the tabs or liquid fertilizer soon.
You do not have enough substrate for the heavily rooted amazon swords. This is a weekly guide for Seachem products (there are more but a good start) I've recommended for beginners along with root tabs buried in the substrate. As you become more experienced, look into dry fertilizers.
