Thinking about adding 1 or 2 Senegals to my 75G tank which currently houses some Victorian cichlids 4 Astatotilapia latifasciata "Zebra Obliquidens" and 4 Platytaeniodus sp. "Red Tail Sheller" and 3 Opaline Gouramis. All fish are in the 3-3.5" range right now. The vics are comparable to Mbuna in temperament. Do you think these would be too boisterous, or flip that, could any of these become snacks later when the Sens grow up? Also, how about the effect on bioload adding 2 Sens?

Thanks

An Opaline gourami was first fish I tried as a tankmate for my sen. He lasted one day. He kept trying to bite my sen and bully him every time he came out. Finally my sen grabbed him by the head and death-rolled. I had finish the gourami off and that wasn't fun. Cant say how likey that would be to occur with other sens, that's just my own experience.

I dont know much about the cichlids you mention but some are ok some are not,i had a sajica in with my small ones and he was a constant pain, soon as he went in with the discus he calmed down.
Ive got a 4 to 5" blockhead in with them now and he doesnt bother them at all.hope this helps, sorry if it doesnt.
