Hey everyone, I am new to the site and this past weekend I bought 5 RBPs at 3"

I have them in a 55 gallon right now. I have been feeding them krill. Well here is the problem, I woke up this morning to find 4 out of the five had a bite size chunk missing out of them. So the one has bitten the other 4 I would think. I have been feeding them good portions. Can anyone tell me the problem?

it's a dominance thing i,ve had 4 rbp for over a year , they do it all the time , they probably won't kill each other

They are really big chunks though. will that grow back?

piranha are very unpredictable. you never what going to happen. never say never to piranha.

it will grow back but will not look the same.

Piranha's heal incredibly fast, my buddy has 7 in a 150 and they are constantly biting each other on the back, large chunks with obvious meat hanging out. He uses Melafix and salt and in 2 weeks you can barely tell it was ever bitten. Red Belly's can take a serious beating.

They attacked each other in the 55, i took them out and put them in the 180 and they have since left each other alone. So they are saying i can put somemore in there.
