Hi everyone.
Just wanted to say hi. New member here, but familiar with, and belong to other cichlid forums. This site looks good and I look forward to becoming a full member... And best of all learning a small portion of what you long time experts and hobbyists know.
Currently I am cycling two tanks after a long hiatus away from my last Mbuna tank. Finally, I live in a house big enough to restart the Mbuna tank. The first Malawi tank I had was about 10 years ago. Forums specific to Cichlids were not really out there so I was totally ignorant as to how to raise Cichlids properly. My stocking list contained Kenyi, M. Auratus and a couple of unknowns that I thought looked cool. The Kenyi bred a few times... Lots of aggression in that tank but no deaths.
Anyway, now cycling a 55g for the Mbuna and cycling a 29g for my first Tan***ikan tank. It will probably house Neolamp Multifasciatus and either Julidochromis Transcriptis Pembe or caudopunk's.
Anyway, hi, and see you in the forum
