Hi!I'm new to snakeheads, just picked up this hobby of keeping snakeheads.Hope to learn more from all.Maybe some one can advice on the basic requirements to keep snakeheads? :hearts:

i don't think there is one answer to your question there are may species of snakeheads some small some large some socialble some aggresive. they tend to tolerate poor water conditions but this is not always the case when young there are sensitive to tap water so ovoid adding water thats not mature when older snakeheads are pretty tolerant and will eat anything, they will try an get out so keep a tight fitted lid

COVER THE TANK EVERY LITTLE CROOK CRANNY HOLE. U DONT THINK THEY CAN BUT THEY WIL FIT THREW IT. HEAVY LID OR THEY KNOCK IT OFF JUMPING. MANY A MANY OF HOBBYEST LOST THERE SNAKEHEADS TO JUMPING

how big a tank do you need to keep a full grown snake head

that video in Raymnan's posts is riduculously bad ass

tank size depends on type of snakehead. dwarfs only need a ten to 20 gal other types need upwards off 180 or bigger
