I'm in the process of finalizing some remodel plans. A non-load bearing wall between the kitchen & living room is going to be removed. I'd like to replace it with a partial wall that will house a built-in aquarium.
I'm planning for a 180 gallon. The bracing in the crawlspace, etc is sorted out as is the electrical that will be run to it.
That being said, given that it'll be viewable from all sides, it would seem a sump is in order. I've kept quite a few aquariums over the years, but have never dealt with sumps.
Can anyone point me in the right direction in terms of data? I'll be starting from the ground up where research is concerned.
Thanks.
