new to sw tanks

so i have a couple pc's of glass from a 55g. im going to build it to a 125g or so. was going to do fw but decided on sw.

i know reef tanks have a higher start up cost because of the price of liverock. but what about non reef tanks?

i have nothing but a tank. so - how much am i looking @ to start up a non reef tank?
