i have set up my 10g. with two clownfishes a cleaner shrimp, and an unknown fish. i was wondering if i should put a lid on top. or just leave it without a lid? thanks
A few things....i would probably put a lid on there...i would also reduce the ammount of fish....Personaly, 1 fish in a 10 gal is more than enough.....but hey, thats just me
can you get a pic of the unknown fish? you might have a wrasse or something that gets pretty monster eventually/isnt suitable for a 10gal for any other reason. if you get a lid make sure your tank still gets good ventilation.
They will grow. I would suggest only one in a 10g. Possibly a pair and no other fish depending on the species and if you keep up on your water changes. I would try and Id the unknown fish too.
alright. i will get a camera soon and take a picture of it. i bought it as a yellow bellied damsel. but when i searched up the picture. it didn't look like it at all
You should defrost that in a brine shrimp net 1st. You don't want all that exra "juice" in your tank, adding nitrate. Clowns are voratious eaters. Maybe there's something wrong with your water. What are the parameters?
