Hello All

I've been a lurker for a while before registering. I love the site! I've attached a pic of my newly set up 75G. The background was perfect until my OCD kicked in and I started to rearrange the outtake of my eheims. The pics make the tank look a lot brighter than it actually is. Does anyone have camera settings so that I can take a pic that represents the actual look of the tank?

Thanks

Nice tank.

I have given up on trying to take decent pics of my fish after trying several different cameras with all settings!

:welcome: This is a great website to learn from and teach and little once you get your setup right. Just remember here we love pics :D:D:D

But as for your camera, I cant help you without details about your camera, But the best advice I can give you is to take a lot ... I mean a ton of photos. When I was teaching people to use digital for the first time a while back, the first thing I did was have them fill up there memory with excessive picture taking. So, go ahead and take as many pics of your tank as you can, from different angles, with different settings, with/without flash, with/without your tank lights on, etc, etc, etc. I've been a photographer for about 7 or 8 years now but just got into taken pics of my tank/fish and have to say it is a rewarding challenge. Cant wait to see more pics from you, goodluck.
