New to this game

Hello people. I'm Ash, new to the game so would appricite any help i can get really. Have a 25 Gallon Tank with 5 Neons, 1 Glass Fish, 2 Cat fih, 1 Plec, 4 mixed mollies, 2 female Guppies.
Now Hers the question for some reason keep toppin up the guppies and mollie but keep loosing them after about 2 weeks.

Any ideas would appriciate.

i think they get eaten.,

Some you see being eaten after and some jut go missing.

maybe some get eaten up while your'e asleep., or maybe they jumped out??

I think it my be a case of getting eten when i'm sleeping. How often should I do whter change..? and to bread guppies, mollie or platties how mny of each should I have,? Should I have another tank for the fry..? or just lleave them in the main tank..?

First, you need to separate the catfish and pleco that are most likely eating your neons.
