Where Palm Trees Grow
I was contemplating ways to keep a TSN or RTC and I stumbled upon 500 and 700 gallon troughs that I can buy around here in Ocala because we gave so many horses the farms use these for food and water, So I was thinking about getting either a 500 or 700 gallon one for a TSN or RTC whatever you guys think suit it better, the measurements for the 500g is 86" Long 86" Wide and 26" Tall. The measurements for the 700g are 96" Long 96" Wide and 26" Tall. Any ideas guys?

still a 4ft catfish, theres almost no difference for space requirements when getting an rtc or tsn..

maybe 400 gallons less, but subtract that from 2800 thats a small %

Dude I've seen plenty of people with TSN's in 500g's that have kept them for life.

Yet no one ever has a full grown tsn ..... i wonder why?

No one has ever kept a tsn in a 500 or even a 700 for life. If they did, then the tsn was killed young, and it didn't really live its "life"
