Hey guys check out my new TSN. Any help with I.D.ing the species?
I got him back in April at around 2 inches. Now he is well over 8.

Tiger shovel nose is a broad term for many pseudoplatystoma species.

And to the op, it is more than likely pseudoplatystoma fasciatum as they are supposedly the most common species imported.

From what Wednesday showed us, pointed snout means fasciatum. Just considering chances alone, it appears it'd be 99 to 100 a fasciatum.
