These are the Black Aro and Silver Aro in my 6ft x 2ft x 2ft tank.

My another Black Aro in another 4ft x 1.5ft x 1.5ft tank.

This X-back baby had came to my home already 1 month, his size is now double up from the 1st day he came.
(Now he is 5+ inches long, the first day he came was 2.5 inches only)

He had developed some gold on top of his head:

guys is this sorta thermometeer safe for use ? or will the mercury eventually leak out or anything ? cause i have this sorta thermometer but im scared i might have bought one which could be dangerous D:

These thermometers contain only alcohol, paraffin wax, steel shot and lead paper, glass tube, [and] non toxic coloring.

There are no mercury or anything else that can be harmful if the glass breaks. If the glass does break, I would recommend getting a new one then risking the steel shots being eaten by your fish.
