this is what the seams look like all around the tank, but not that much at all on top or bottom. sorry if you can really see, hard to see.

any help or advice on if i should be worried about the tank busting a leak or worse. as far as i know there are no leaks. thanks in advance

it "seams" ok...if it holds water and no creaky noises, then it should be fine.

thanks for the help. but when you all say it looks good are you referring to the outer part of the seams where no water contact? its hard to see in pic.

When I am saying it look OK to me, I am referring to the bond between the 2 pieces of acrylic. Whne it's that clear it generally indicates a good bond. If you are not sure, set it on level ground outside and fill'er up. When I built my last sump, the wife made me fill it and leave it outside for 2 weeks before it came in and went under the tank.

just use weld on 16 and pour it on all the seems, thats what i did with my 8ft 210 and holdin like a champ.

is weld-on 16 the thicker stuff? how did you pour is on with out making a mess. could i use weld-on 4 to fit through possible hairline thin spaces if there are any? thanks for the help

use three or 4 first than buy 2 5oz tubes of the 16 and just put your tank and all the angles and pour it in, but yes 16 is the the thick syrup stuff. i love it,
