new venezuelan

just picked up a new pike this past weekend, hes around 13" or so long, and just over 2" tall hes was marked as a venezuela. $30.00 it was i paid, other than the chomp in his tail, no other blemishes, what you guys think

Hey looks bad arse man!! I'd watch out for that RTC though! Pikes and larger pims just don't work out.

Also keep an eye on that Lima...it might end up dead, as that ven. is plenty large enough to try and make a meal out of it.

more pike is suspect since he's fully grown... ive never had luck trying to mix in other fully grown pike since there a bit territorial

Nice Ven! I had a 12 inch Ven with a 5 inch Lima. He never bothered it. That is not saying a whole lot though since all cichlids have different personalities.

Worried about the RTC EATING the ven. RTCs and TSN just don't work well with pikes.

are you thinking the RTC will eat my ven, they are almost the same size, and the TSN is way smaller
