It's definitely not a wild. Also, the ragged fins suggest internal parasites. Even if it's eating, you may want to give it a treatment of metronidazole for intestinal flagellates, followed by a Prazi treatment for tapeworm. Best of luck with him!
yeah i didnt think it was a wild but was told it was... im treatimg him for parasites now and he seems to be doing better than he was yesterday so we will see.
