I think the best ideas are in the Pond or the DIY section; some of the people on here are just genius with what they can come up with.
Definitely look into getting rays, but do lots and lots of research, including on here! I used to keep regular fish, but after having my first ray, I never looked back.*
*This is a big lie. I still have an Arowana, who makes the rays look really cool. I also keep an ugly goldfish named "Egore", but only because my lady is really attached to him.
