What initial qualities of a Tig's stripes at smaller sizes (<12") determines their quality when they get larger? Are straight stripes or wavy/oddball stripes more rare or wanted? How about in terms of thicker bars or thinner bars? I just remember reading and also have been told that the more straight and symmetrical the stripes are on each side when smaller, is good indication of their potential quality when they get bigger. Also, the thinner the stripes obviously the more stripes they'll have on their body which is considered a higher grade quality. Can somebody share their opinion on this? I would love to hear inputs from all Tig owners since I am a new Tig owner :D

i am on my way to pick up a tig that is 13" + and all the stripes are very symetrical and mostly evenly spaced. looks amazing. so if i had a choice i would say the more symetrical of a patern the better, at least with tigs

beauty is in the eye of the beholder. and diff patterns are worth what people are willing to pay.
