I have been keeping Africans Cichlids now for about 4 years. Over the past 6 mouths or so I have been branching out into some of the bigger Cental American fish. I have been thinking of buying a 180 gal. tank and or building a 300 gal. plywood tank by doing some research came across this web site. I look forward to doing more research on this site.

"MFK".. sounds like your plans will be fantastic when your complete.. we have forums for DIY and plenty of people to give you tips and help if needed... love to see pics of your africans.. i have a thread in the african rift forum with loads of pics... maybe you can add yours when you settle in...
