my parents just got me a new 55g. i have kept fw fish and a few cichlids so im not completely new. so i thought i would try my hand at sw. the tank they got me is one of those kit ones from petsmart so im pretty much going to throw out all that crap(heater, filter, fishfood, ect) that came with it and i need to know what kind of [SIZE=-1]Filtration[/SIZE] i need. also i need ideas of what fish would be a good idea for that size tank. i was thinking clown. does any one have any suggestions on species or tankmates. please and thanks:)
 
Be careful, a lot of places are charging way too much for them. Also, saddlebacks (a much meaner species) are IDd incorrectly as B&W ocellaris. They go great with a RBTA.
 
$25 is a great price, that's what paid for mine, on sale. Do their faces ever lose the orange though?

excuse my ingnorance but what is a RBTA:confused: i still dont know the lingo yet:drool:
 
Rose Bubble Tip Anemone. I just think the color combo is nicer than using the orange percs to host.
