Hey Everyone, I'm new to the site.... just stopping in to sy hi (and get my post count to five asap :) )

Hiya and welcome aboard.

hello i am also new to the site, i'm considering to hold some piranhas , but i don't know how many i should take to start? i was thinking about 5, the tank is about 240 Liters i'm not sure how many gallons that is :).

can anyone help^me , also with navigating over this site, because itz a lil bit biggie

;)

Hiya El Vinnie, a 240 liter is just under 65 gallons US, it can hold 4-5 red belly piranha as adults as long as there is something to break up sight lines during squabbles, clumps of bushy plants will help.
It just takes a little while to get the feel of which forums you want, once you do TRUST will change them, heheh.

Hi everyone, thanks for the warm welcome. :)

Welcome to MFK! What do you keep?

At this moment nothing. But I have an empty 55g (custom made  ) and since I live in Guatemala (Central America) I'm planning on catching my own cichlids...probbly some nice wild cons, FM's, or a pair of salvinis. I'm also in the process of making a DIY 3d cement/styro background for my tank.
