hi to all, just found this site looks great. i hope some of you guys can send me in the right path to a bigger tank. you see i have a 200 gal reef tank with a bamboo shark i hached sum time ago in it. prob is he is a lil over 2 ft and too big for my reef tank. but i dont wana get rid of em so here we go.

i plan to set up something in basement, that will be finished off at some point. so all you will see is a glass window in the wall that looks into a big tank.
as with any forum i plan to find alot of my ?s in here some place , however any hints will b great.

well i am thinking about construction out of marine board, 4x4s and 2x materals, with a pond liner. then seal glass from the inside some how

welcome and well if you want to keeo that fish you going to need like a 400g tank so he could be happy and grow out.

im thinkn bout 10ft x 4ft x 2ft er so, been lookn at diy great info. a friend of mine ownes a fish store and told me these things leak water all the time and it is hard to construct one that dont.
however i see pic on here that look great
