First of hopefully many posts on here. I just recently bought a 75gal fix er upper tank second/maybe third hand online with the intentions of having a nice project at home. Center plastic brace of tank frame was broken but for $75 for tank and stand (also in rough shape) I couldn't complain too much. I got the tank home beefed up the stand sanded and re-painted it without too many problems. Then proceeded to take the top rim off which I figured was a lost cause and was able to with patience and a lot of razorblading and acetone salvage the bottom frame! All the tanks joints were taken apart and cleaned and resealed with GE silicone I and bottom frame was siliconed back on. My issues now is that I have searched the internet near and far for replacement rims and can not find one to match my tank because the kicker is that.....its a Bowfront!! Dimmensions are 48''x22''x12.5'' with the bowed pane measuring 49 and 3/4'' in length ?! I believe (C in geometry not sure if thats how you measure the semi circular circumference). LFS wants to know make and year tank built but the tank has no markings at all. Bottom frame of tank was repainted prior to my purchase of the tank so I have no way of knowing if there was a brand name there. Previous owner doesn't know as they were using it as a terrarium. Anyone know where I can find or how I can makeshift a replacement? In my and my wifes inpatience made and makeshift center brace out of wood that looks terrible since I dont have the right tools and I dont think that it is doing much. I have slowly filled the aquarium over 3 days and the has been full and holding water x 3 days (6 days total no leaks). I just cant seem to shake the sensation of having a ticking time bomb in my living room though! To make it even better i cant tell if the glass is bowing because it is already a bow front. Width of glass abouth 3/8th'' according to my wife since I am working. Any help I can get would be appreciated.

Thanks
