Newbie Here

Hey yall, I am 15 years old and in PA. I am an avid fishermen(yes you probably do not want to hear that) I do mostly catch and release, but do keep some to eat. I had a couple tanks of tetras and some other fishes when I was younger, and I am really interested in starting a native tank. I have been a long time lurker and finally registered.

What are the restrictions on keeping catfish/bluegill in PA? Searched searched and searched with no luck, any help please.
