Newbie Need advises for outside pond

I know weather is going up and down ... But really dont have space big enough for fish... So thinking of building a woodframe with liner to make an outside pond, need advise if stingray can handle the outside temp like kois???

What if i build a plywood cover for all side? Would this help if pond itself do not work?

Any advise or did anyone try this before? Really appreciated

FW sting rays are a tropical fish that need temps in the 78-82 deg. range. Much different than Koi.

Not knowing where you are in the world I really cannot comment, if you live in the phillipenes then maybe yes, but if you live in the uk then You could be done for cruelty.
