So I recently receieved a 210 gallon glass refugium tank. I have the refugium under the tank but I do not have any lights, water circulators, etc.

Just this week I cleaned in and have it up on a scaffold cycling the water. I have two 500 watt submersible heaters. I have knowledge on tanks up to 55 gal. I want to know what is the best what to heat this tank, light this tank, filter this tank. I will take pics when I get home.

What recomendations do you guys have for me.. I envision this tank to have an arrowna, bichir and some gars. I want to have larger fish...

I am all ears... THanks

For filtration an fx5 or 2 would be good. if you don't plan on having plants just get a regular florecent light(or 2 smaller lights next to each other)... 2 500 watt heaters is more than enouf...

For heatin and lightin i like what oscaroo said. Since you want the fish you listed, i assume you wont want live plants, in wich case your regular old florescent rod bulb will work

DIY overflow and wet/dry filter system. Will out perform fx5s and you spend a quarter of the price

I second this, on any large tank this is the only way to go because of the price and performance.

Awesome tips.. For now I have a sump with a pump that works good enough.. I just noticed that one of the black reef inserts has detached it self slight from the back wall. What kind of silicone can I use to re glue it.. It may not be a huge problem but if my pump stops or malfunctions anothe 40 gallons will go down in te sump and then on the floor. I just want to start to cycle some water soon. Thanks for the advice. Please keep it coming..
