So. Cal
Hey all, I'm new to this whole importing fish from overseas thing and I'm having some problems. I bought a couple fish off aquabid.com and paid the seller without a hitch. However I cannot get ahold of the transhipper. Her name is Julie Tran and I've emailed and called her but haven't gotten a response. I'm getting a bit nervous because the fish are due to ship to her on the 23rd. I've seen her name mentioned on this site before, has anyone else had trouble contacting her? What's the best way to get ahold of her? I'd really like to arrange shipping and all that.

dont trip dude
shes VERY VERY reputable in the flowerhorn business...
shes just been very busy lately moving into a new warehouse.
she'll get to you as soon as she can

Thanks! :)
That makes me feel better. I've never dealt with this before so I'm super nervous.

So I guess I'll just sit back and wait.

Sometimes it might take awhile, but eventually she'll get at you. Most likely seller had already contacted her, you'll be fine. There should be a contact # on her website flowerhornsfrombeyond. Hey, share new fishes when they come in! Post 'em up.

I've left a message on the number the seller provided me for her.

And of course I'll post pictures when they arrive! Showing off is half the fun.

Just an update. The seller asked me for my address and number so hopefully he contacted someone. I still haven't heard anything from anyone. The fish were supposed to be shipped on the 23rd.
:nilly:

Ok, I'll take your word for it. I understand that she's very busy.
The seller doesn't know what's going on either, he just emailed me asking if I got my fish yet.
Let's see what happens.
