Newbie trying to get it right

I am new to the fish keeping thing. Stumbled upon this site and this is exactly what i was looking for! Anyway, trying to get my setup straightened out. Any advice for setting up a system for Peacock Bass? I gotta 285 gallon tank and a Fluval FX5 power filter. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am an angling enthusiast and when I bought my home that had a massive aquarium, the first thought that went through my brain was PEACOCK BASS!
