Newbie with questions...

I recently bought someone out of their aquarium equipment and in the deal I got 2 - 7ish inch Red Belly Piranha. I also got a 8"-9" Jack Dempsey. They had them together in a 29gal tank with a 7" pleco. I have had reef tanks (up to 180 gallons) and several FW tanks with mostly community fish. I did have one Piranha tank, but they were small and I sold them before they got anywhere near this size.

I don't have any tank big enough for these fish and I would really prefer keeping my fish on the small size at this point. I would LOVE to have a 75 or 150, but that is not in the budget right now and I think it is not fair (or really safe) to keep these fish in such a small tank. I have posted them FS here, but #1, I don't really know their value and 2nd, I don't know what to feed them. I don't want to feed them live food i.e. mice and frogs, etc. (as the previous owner did).

Can anyone tell me what is a reasonable price for fish of these types and sizes and also tell me what I can try to feed them in the mean time.
