First off I wanna say I'm new to mfk and to having a tank I jus have one question what is the best way to maintain good nitrate lvl ammonia lvl and consistent oh

Welcome to the addiction. Lol Good filtration and water changes. Don't over feed.

Forgot to ask what size tank and what type of fish?

Welcome to MFK. Good bio media will help keep your ammonia level at 0 and regular water changes will keep your nitrates down as well.

welcome also,a well established filter with beneficial bacteria(BB),and regular water changes keeps the water stable.the stickies at the top of this section are a good source of info for the complete process and definitions
