Long story short, Ive got a LARGE JD, well, large for jd standards, probably 9 inches or so, just challenged and got PUNKED by a con a third of his size, wow.
 
I'm not surprised. Strangely the other fish in my tank never pay my convicts (the smallest fish in my tank by far) any attention...it's as if they know better.
 
cons can hold there own when it comes to it. wait intill your con hit 4 to5 inches.
